Payroll is not for the weak of heart, and payroll taxes are even more complex. With the quarterly reporting requirements, tax returns, tax deposits and filing due dates to keep up with. Then there is insurance to obtain, pay for and administer – worker’s compensation, state and federal unemployment, general liability, etc.
Many businesses save time and money by payrolling employees. How does that work? Simply put, we pay your employees W-2 reportable income under our tax ID number, so we are the employer of record covering payroll expenses such as:
- Salary and Benefits
- Taxes (Federal, state, and local withholding taxes)
- FICA
- Worker’s Compensation
- General Liability
- State and Federal Unemployment
We withhold applicable taxes, provide payroll detail, pay stubs and forms W-2.
In short, we cover all employer taxes and insurance that you are required to pay; file tax returns and quarterly information returns plus handle unemployment and worker’s compensation claims. In short, we do it all for you and charge only a service fee on top of what you are required to pay as the employer.
